Our Story
Whelan SFI is a unique joint venture comprised of two large, privately held, US regional security companies: Whelan Security and Security Forces, Inc. Founded separately in 1949, the companies have joined forces and resources over half a century later to offer the mid-Atlantic region of Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia a new choice for security, one that combines the depth of a large national firm with the personal touch and flexibility of regional organizations.
